Hi, James here. Are you banging your head against your computer keyboard because every time you recruit someone into your MLM they soon drop out? It's a fact that the retention rate for MLMs is about lower then low. Really it's not your fault if you can't build an MLM business by your self...it's the very nature of a multi-level marketing compensation plan.
If you brought a team with you into your mlm, then it be easy, but when you recruit one person at a time by yourself, as soon as you get one...you almost lose one within 30-60 days. The traditional MLM model reveals the following statistics. If you recruit 9 people, out of that nine...5 drop out, 3 work every now and then and 1 really builds the business.

MLM compensation plansare not really a "bad" thing but i believe they sometimes get a bad reputation because most new networkers don't really grasp the concept of what "MLM" really means. MLM compensation plan.. means multilevel marketing which implies a compensation that pays on various levels of a matrix. MLM compensation plans are one of the most stable pay plans in the network marketing industry. If you had a team of 25000 members and you joined an MLM company with a matrix compensation plan, you would be in profit from day one.
However, when you try to fill thousands of positions in your matrix, even hundreds of positions couple with a 2-5 % retention rate, the task of filling your matrix one position at a time is impossible. The mlm company owner benefits and is able to stay in the black as marketers join as individuals. There is really nothing wrong with you as a marketer, you just didn't pay attention to the numbers. The New Plan Network, (NPN) has made the process of earning money in a matrix compensation plan possible starting with just 1 person a month for a total of 12 referrals a year that allows you to make nearly $50,000 per year. NPN is able to do this by having recurring 50% signup bonuses for every personally sponsored member. What does that mean?
At a signup price of $10.75, 50% of that goes to you or $5 plus a 50 cents matrix bonus for a total of $5.50 per personally sponsored referrals. You just need 2 personally sponsored referrals to break even. Your business cost you nothing at this point. Everything else is gravy. Also notice that the average networker can only get 2.7-3 sales. If you joined any other program and paid $20 to join and $20 autoship for product, you are $40 in the red. If you got a fast start bonus of $5, you're down -$35, you sponsor 2 in 2 months.. you get $10 but you have spent $40 more dollars that leaves you -$65...Prospects then asked you the dreaded question..."How much have you made?"
