“A business without a sign is a sign of no business”. This is an advertising banner or quotation that can be seen in large billboards along the roads and on the side or top of buildings that is vacant. Television and radio would say, “This program would not be shown or be heard without advertisement”. It is true since most of us are watching the free television channel and programs are produced by payments of advertisements.

Business owners understand how important an advertisement is. It is in this manner that they would tell to everybody that they are selling products and offering services. The scam here is when the advertiser paid for these different kinds of services but none or some of them are not really even performed. The main point to consider here is to whom is the advertiser transacting with. To avoid being ripped off do a background check and know who you're dealing with.

On the Internet a scam can take place during a pay-per-click ad campaign when an advertiser would pay a certain agreed amount by the search engine developers every time a user clicks on that banner. This was a good idea before it was not touched by hackers who developed a robotic program to automatically click on that banner which increases the amount to be paid by the advertiser. The next paying scheme was the “pay per action”, which is harder to hack since the advertiser would only pay the search engine developers an agreed amount every time a sale would be done on that customer.

One thing is for sure, advertising in the Internet is not easy but it is an adventure, especially when one understands fully the power of the Internet. How To Make Money Online -Why Multiple Streams Of Income May Mean Multiple Streams Of Debt

Hello again from kalamazoo! Have you notice that one of the strategies of making money online is to promote multiple streams of income? When you first look at this proposition, it seems that if you have more then one business or affiliate program, you have multiple options of one of the programs making money for you.

Well lets look a little closer. Most affiliate and all MLM programs require you to pay to play, some money to participate in the MLM business. In my example, let us use say 5 low cost mlm programs. Each of these programs cost a one time cost of $40 to join and $10 per month for your monthly membership or product. Thats 5 X $50= $250 up front and you haven't made a dime.

The on going costs for these 5 programs is $10 per month or $50 per month just to carry the 5 mlm programs. You now have 5 multiple streams of debt because you have not made 1 cent. When you have 5 mlm businesses, you can only devote 20% of your time to each of them so your effectiveness for marketing one program is only 20%.

Now if each of these programs is a 2x15 matrix and you have to sponsor at least 2 people on your front line to make any money. This means you need to sponsor 10 people to qualify for you to get a commission. The network marketing industry average is that the average network marketer only sponsors 1.7 people period.

MLM Scams? -Stop Being The Victim!

Hello again from snowy Michigan. Many networkers are quick to cry mlm scam but are they really a scam or are their some things folk who are new to multi-level marketing don't understand. Really, for you to be successful in online marketing, it takes excellent marketing skills to make excellent money!

When we lack marketing skills, it's easy to be victimized by dishonest folk who are honest 99% of the time but it's the 1% that they won't tell you that can cause you to lose $1000s of your hard earn dollars and precious time because you don't really know the numbers.

I remember about 2 years ago, i joined a company and was on a "heavy hitters" team. I got on all the calls and asked questions and had great passion but i didn't know the numbers. The pay plan was a 4x9 matrix with a one time %10 fast start and paid 4% for each of the level after you had your first 4 on your front line which made allowed you to qualify for the matrix income.

Now notice that the average networker only sponsors about 1.7 people and the life of the average independent distributor is 60- 90 days. I was unable to earn any money because the "law of averages" was against me from the get-go. I could never get the 4 who got 4. The first thought came into my mind was mlm scam.

But you know what? It was no mlm scam but the numbers and the "law of averages" made me a victim. I could have never made money in that mlm unless i had numbers on my side when i joined.(my own downline of 1000s). If someone would have told me that about the numbers, i would have counted the cost. As a online network marketer, make sure you know the numbers and count the cost and avoid becoming a victim!
