MLM Scams- Are They All Scams Or Is It Just Your Online Marketing?

Hi, James here. If you have been struggling making money
online, it's easy to reach the conclusions that all mlm
network marketing companies are scams.

Are they all scams, or is it just your online marketing?

I'm going to hit you with an awful truth that
you probably don't want to hear. But it is for
your own good.

If you have tried opportunity after opportunity
and came up with nothing, it's not the fault of
the opportunity. It's your marketing.

The truth is, money can be made from ANY business
opportunity if you KNOW what you are doing. There
were, after all, successful people in each of the
businesses you attempted before - right? Then those
people must have been doing something right, and
you were simply doing something wrong.

As it was coined "knowledge is power", and it's
true.

But - It's not your fault either. You just didn't know
better, until now. Today you can change your future
instead of repeating your history over and over
again.

Make Money Online-Is 2x2 Prosperity Formula A Scam Or The Real Deal?

Hi from Kzoo. There are many scams and Ponzi schemes all over the Internet these days and the 2x2 recycler matrix seems to be leading the pack. A simple test that you can ask yourself is this: is there a product or service involved in this opportunity to make money online.

Most 2x2 scams don't have either. You are just recruiting people and getting paid when you get 2 on your 1st level and 4 on your 2nd level. All this comes with a one time payment.

The scam is sweetened when they promise you bonuses for each time a team member cycles down through infinity. And all of this without hardly any work on your part only if you want.

Every 2x2 recycler is not a scam if they offer products and services that can provide an income for it's members through the use of it's products, services and training.

2x2 Prosperity Formula is just what it name implies. The company provides the product, services and training to be a successful in network marketing what ever your business may be.It's the real deal.

Don't get so caught up in the hype about the money that you missed the whole point. The money that you earn in 2x2 Prosperity Formula is not the product but the 2x2 Prosperity Formula System that helps the wannabe and experience marketer become all they can be. MLM Scams? -Stop Being The Victim!

Hello again from snowy Michigan. Many networkers are quick to cry mlm scam but are they really a scam or are their some things folk who are new to multi-level marketing don't understand. Really, for you to be successful in online marketing, it takes excellent marketing skills to make excellent money!

When we lack marketing skills, it's easy to be victimized by dishonest folk who are honest 99% of the time but it's the 1% that they won't tell you that can cause you to lose $1000s of your hard earn dollars and precious time because you don't really know the numbers.

I remember about 2 years ago, i joined a company and was on a "heavy hitters" team. I got on all the calls and asked questions and had great passion but i didn't know the numbers. The pay plan was a 4x9 matrix with a one time %10 fast start and paid 4% for each of the level after you had your first 4 on your front line which made allowed you to qualify for the matrix income.

Now notice that the average networker only sponsors about 1.7 people and the life of the average independent distributor is 60- 90 days. I was unable to earn any money because the "law of averages" was against me from the get-go. I could never get the 4 who got 4. The first thought came into my mind was mlm scam.

But you know what? It was no mlm scam but the numbers and the "law of averages" made me a victim. I could have never made money in that mlm unless i had numbers on my side when i joined.(my own downline of 1000s). If someone would have told me that about the numbers, i would have counted the cost. As a online network marketer, make sure you know the numbers and count the cost and avoid becoming a victim!

MLM Scams- Are All MLMs Scams?

Hi, james here. I don't know about you but when i mention a mlm company to some of my friends and family, they yell out scam. MLM scams are real enough but all mlms are not scams. An MLM is a multi-level marketing model that pays commisions on the different levels.

A MLM scam has all the money going to the top most position(founder) and those on the other levels usually don't make any money at all but provide new recruits. Usually there is no product or services, just lot of recruiting .

MLMs vary by the compensation plan they use along with policies and procedures. Some compensation plans are so complex that it takes an expert to figure out how you make money.
I suggest if you can't figure out on your own, how you get paid, don't join! Probably the comp plan is loaded with bonus pools, leadership bonuses and such to draw in heavy hitters.

Policy and Procedure contracts are written by the MLM company lawyers to protect and insure the profibility of the MLM company. Many network marketing companies have clauses that require you to be active in order to continue to get your residual income.

Don't jump to conclusions too soon about MLMs. Their are scams but many times we fail to investigate the MLM company and fall victim to the hype. If you haven't found a company, don't be victimized by online scams. Grab the ebook "Stop Being A Victim" and save yourself $1000s of dollars and years by clicking on this link:

MLM Scams- Why Me?

Many of today's MLM scams often attempt to captivate people with the promises of monster paychecks in exchange for very little or no work, but in most cases the promises only serve to make the person offering the position richer and the person accepting the proposition poorer. While there are many opportunities for making money in a home-based business, there are far more business opportunities that simply do not and are unable to deliver the goods.

Whenever you see an advertisement for fast riches you should ask yourself a simple question, why me? Odds are when you receive an email giving you the chance to make a truck load of money in a short period of time it will be from someone or from a MLM company you have never heard of and by asking why that offer was sent to you, the only logical answer is they are trying to rip you off. If the offer is from someone you know, it may still make good sense to be skeptical about the kind of money-making deals that are being made.

Many of these MLM scams offers are sent out every day and are suckering those that can least afford to spend the money. They are attractive to those that may be desperate for making some quick cash or those that are greedy and many to make a lot of money for doing little work. In reality,it is called "Network" marketing for a reason. If you think about it, there is no reason any stranger would want to reveal their unlocked secrets with you instead of keeping them to themselves or sharing them with close friends and their family.

You have probably already noticed that in order to take advantage of this person's generosity of sharing all of this secret knowledge will cost you cash money. They usually offer a money-back guarantee, but rarely will they tell you how and where to get your money back. Request to have them to send you the information they promised and in 30 days when you are raking in all that cash they promised you will pay them and see how far you get.

Most people looking for work online cannot afford many of the MLM opportunities, yet are hypnotized with the idea of making a tons of money. Once they do pay for the information they realize that the amount of work necessary to just break even in the network marketing business is way over the top and will take more time then they have to devote. That is if the network marketing opportunity exists at all and is not just one of the many MLM scams to separate you from your cash.

Identifying MLM scams that are only out to take your money can be difficult as many possess promises written in such a way that you may feel you would be foolish not to jump at the chance. If at the end of the professionally written sales copy you haven't figured out what you will be doing in order to make the money, it probably is going to fall pitifully short of your expectations. The only way to avoid these types of scams is by asking that one question, why me?

If you haven't found a company, don't be victimized by online scams. Grab the ebook "Stop Being A Victim" and save yourself $1000s of dollars and years of frustrations by clicking on this link:

====================================================================================
This is a "new" MLM business opportunity that only has a 20% chance of success to really make it. Right away he suggested that i get the "Super Achiever Pack"( this of course would give my upline the fast start bonus. After which, since this is a recruit...recruit...recruit model, there is no reason to help me because he has already received a fast start bonus.

The perceived extreme value is really all hype and speculation motivated that you can get something for nothing. The big whale is really like the killer whale that will eat up all the little fishes(newbies,part-time) network marketers who are looking to get rich quick. The truth is that when you don't have a big list like the "whale", there is no get rich quick scheme.

When you received an email like this with so many pyschological triggers that you can't normally resist, the best thing to do is nothing. If it's too good to be true, usually it's not! But here is the problem: most MLM businesses fail. Especially when you have a new business, the chance of them surviving 2 years is absolutely under 20%, and probably much lower. In any event, new network marketing businesses have problems. You could commit your all to an MLM, but others won't. As soon as they get shipped a potion that is defective, they'll figure these guys don't know what they're doing, and they'll be out of there. Any network marketing business opportunity needs some time to tweake the system. Nothing plays out just like you planned it. If you join when they're brand new things happen and your people will get discouraged, and it will be almost impossible to keep them.

What is the solution? Wait. If you've found a genuine MLM business opportunity, it will be an even better one in 2 years, because it will have established more credibility and trust with the membership. Plus, the kinks will have been discovered and fixed. So it's best to let the system shake the problems out, rather than jumping on board because of the hype. The word "new" can emotionally jump=start you into making an unwise business decision. I have just enrolled a whale is an mlm scam that will end up costing you money with little or no results.

MLM Scams...The We Build Your Downline Pyramid Scam

In MLM scams the "We build your downline" pyramid scam is one of the most seductive pyramid scams on internet. It is so appealing to those who are searching for a way to build a mlm network marketing business free, quick and easy. One of the major flaws in the "We Build Your Downline" pyramid scam is that it requires an endless stream of new prospects and recruits to fulfill it's promise for all who "locks in their position" New prospects gave their hard earn money and max out their credit cards chasing the elusive free downline. The sad fact is that there is absolutely nothing free when it comes to mlm network marketing

Rod Cook, in his book "MLM Compensation Pay Plans" put it this way. "The pile of people to build a downline for everyone who would come along would be about 63 feet high" He goes on to say that "to recruit 10 people for everyone, if you were on the 9th level would take 10 billion people".This difficult because it almost, if not exceed the world's population.Check out Rod Cook's numbers.

MLM scams have been around for a long tima and the "We Build Your Downline Pyramid mlm scam is alive and well today! Make sure to investigate your mlm opportunity compensation plan before you sign up. It want matter how much you wish and how hard you work. The numbers want allow you to succeed in mlm business opportunity.
