MLM Pay Plan- Is Your MLM Pay Plan Your Friend Or Foe? Part 1

Many Networkers sign up in a program, all excited and fired up to build a
large income. But, several months later, they quit!
What happened?Between the initial excitement and the ending discouragement,
something happened. Why does the fire get extinguished so quickly?

A primary reason is that reality sets in when the Pay Plan kicks in.
People come to realize that they are not going to get paid on all the levels
that the Company "says" they pay.
The Group Volume requirements are insurmountable.
They come to conclude, "I will NEVER get there.
And they finally give up trying. So they quit.

Group Volume requirements are usually the qualification to be paid on
the full number of levels. The big problem is that these Group Volume requirements are too difficult for most full-timers, to say nothing about the part-timers.
The bottom line is that the full-timer is unlikely to achieve that
Group Volume quota. If he does achieve it, he is not likely to REMAIN qualified.

3 Tips On How To Get Leads For Your MLM Business

Hello again,i hope things are going well for you. Many times people can really get caught up in the hype about having the best mlm opportunity. But you can have the best product or widget in the world but don't have any targeted leads, you will fail in your mlm business whatever it might be. Here are 3 tips on how to get leads for your mlm business. You can get targeted leads by purchasing them from a lead company, advertising using search engines and finding free leads.

1.Purchasing Leads From A Lead Company
This is usually the first option that you will receive from many mlm companies. One company that i know of had you put your business on auto-pilot using leads that were purchase from a lead company and loaded these leads into the company provided auto-responder. Needless to say, i had leads and my business on autopilot but i didn't make any money. Most leads you purchase from a lead company are sold more then once. There are some good companies but the leads will cost you sometimes as much $5-up

2.Online PPC Advertising
You can get leads for your mlm business usually within 15 minutes by posting ads on PPC search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN. There are also smaller search engines that can be used effectively as low as 2 cents per click. The draw back with using PPC for marketers who are new is developing a key word list for your ads. If you have an experienced marketer who knows SEO, then you have a great opportunity to get some quality leads for your mlm business. Many times, if you are with an experienced team, someone will start an add co-op where you pay so much money per month to get ad promoted. Some ad co-ops range from $5 to $1500 per month.

3 Free Leads
You can also get leads for your MLM business that's 100 percent free but it will cost you some sweat equity. You can post to blogs, write articles or press releases. One of the simplest way to get free leads is to use your signature at the end of your email to advertise your business in a 5-7 words or less. Like "Tired of Stale Leads"? and then put your url below your signature. You can also join mlm forums and post your signature file as you comment on various topics.

Targeted leads are the life blood of your mlm business. When you join any mlm, if you are to be successful, you will need leads no matter if you purchase them from a lead company, advertise online using PPC or write articles, press releases or use forums you will need targeted leads for your mlm business to be successful

MLM Troubles?-When My Ship Comes In

Hi, i hope everyone is having a good week and no MLM troubles. I was on the phone this week with a gentlemen named Charlie who was waiting for the super launch of a mlm company that would be the answer to all his money problems. He told me that the owner of the company was a super guy and answered all of his questions.

Charlie invited me on a call but it had been so long that he had misplaced the number. He really didn't believe himself that his "ship" was finally going to come in. He said he had lost thousands of dollars over the years and this was going to be the big one that he had been waiting for. There are many Charlies out their who have MLM troubles because they jump into something brand new or are waiting on a pre-launch of a new and improved mlm company that has a pay plan such that no one can lose.

Well, if you are waiting for someone who is the captain of their ship to get into port to let you get aboard, then you have given up the right to be captain of your ship. It's easy to give others accountability for your life, but you can't complain about the results. Many networkers could save themselves if they remained captain of their ship and personally develop themselves. I think we would find that we wouldn't have to wait on our ship to come in for we always had all we needed, we just had to work on ourselves.

Are you stuck in your mlm business opportunity and not making any money? Are you getting stale? Does it seems as though you are about ready to quit? Well any endeavor you undertake in life, there will come a time you feel like quitting.

But will quitting your mlm be the answer to your problem. Well, i have got that tee shirt hanging you my closet. The other day i was reading the Ebook "The Greatest Networker in the World" and their is a chapter on the secret.

The secret that you must know about any mlm business opportunity is that before you can take your business to the next level, you must empty yourself of the ideas and thoughts that got you to the present place in your business. The reason being is that the methods you have use to get point A, can't get you to point B.

I had to do some real soul searching to forget what i had done in the past to allow myself to move forward into the future. It's all about you and success. Unless you change what you are now doing in your present you can't change the results in your future. Check out this great ebook for FREE.."The Greatest Networker in the World"

Network Marketing-What Is Success

Hi, james again from sunny Kalamazoo. In my first exposure to network marketing, i thought success was a bag of gold. I really thought success was all about winning. But i have tempered my view to understand that maybe success is like games that kids play. It's got to be fun.

I was caught up about being successful in network marketing at any cost. Stiff upper lip and forge ahead. Running through any barriers that may get in the way. Then i notice something. The very thing that was suppose to give me time freedom had really taken all the "spare" time that i had!

All the fun had gone out of network marketing, i was on a time table to reach a goal. I remember playing baseball as a kid. I think the goal was to win the game but have fun doing it. I suppose since we did win championships and awards but over the years, the memories are not about the trophies we won but about the relationships and fun we had playing the game.

I wonder if we are taking the fun out of network marketing by being so set on winning at any cost. I am thankful i came across a great read by John Fogg " The Greatest Networker in the World". It has helped me to learn that winning at network marketing isn't everything, it's how much fun you having playing the game. Visit this link to get a free download of this ebook classic
now, you owe it to your sanity.

MLM Scams- Are All MLMs Scams?

Hi, james here. I don't know about you but when i mention a mlm company to some of my friends and family, they yell out scam. MLM scams are real enough but all mlms are not scams. An MLM is a multi-level marketing model that pays commisions on the different levels.

A MLM scam has all the money going to the top most position(founder) and those on the other levels usually don't make any money at all but provide new recruits. Usually there is no product or services, just lot of recruiting .

MLMs vary by the compensation plan they use along with policies and procedures. Some compensation plans are so complex that it takes an expert to figure out how you make money.
I suggest if you can't figure out on your own, how you get paid, don't join! Probably the comp plan is loaded with bonus pools, leadership bonuses and such to draw in heavy hitters.

Policy and Procedure contracts are written by the MLM company lawyers to protect and insure the profibility of the MLM company. Many network marketing companies have clauses that require you to be active in order to continue to get your residual income.

Don't jump to conclusions too soon about MLMs. Their are scams but many times we fail to investigate the MLM company and fall victim to the hype. If you haven't found a company, don't be victimized by online scams. Grab the ebook "Stop Being A Victim" and save yourself $1000s of dollars and years by clicking on this link:

Network Marketing Opportunity...The Right Place At The Right Time!

Hi, have you notice about every network marketing opportunity it's always the right place at the right time. It's easy to find this kind of hype all over the web. The real deal for a new networker is not really being at the right place at the right time but having as your upline a sponsor or a recruiter.

When i was in my first network marketing opportunity, i had an upline who was really neither. He didn't teach me how to recruit because he did not have the CEO personality to recruit and he did not have a "proven system" that was duplicatable to teach me so that i could teach others.

The difference between a sponsor and recruiter is that the recruiter is like a one night stand. They sign you up and never call or email you with instructions on how to "pump up your volume". They may offer one of their DVDs or CDs that tells about the possibility of success but never teach you step by step to reach your financial goals.

A sponsor will model the corrected behavior and give you the leadership and tools that is needed for you to become a sponsor. A sponsor duplicates his/her self. And this process is push down through out the team.

Your network marketing opportunity is only the right place at the right time when you have a sponsor for a mentor. If you are still looking right business opportunity at the right place. Visit this link:
